- Standard shipping $9.95 allow up to 5 working days (available on clothing and accessories only)
- Express shipping $14.95 (available on clothing and accessories only) allow 2 working days
- NB we do not ship homewares, home scents, kitchen dining, cushions or throws. Please check in item descriptions regarding shipping. If you would like us to ship these items please email us for a quote
There is an option at checkout for you to collect your items from the store. No postage fees will apply with this option unless other instructions are received by the purchaser. You will be notified via text message or email when your order is ready for collection. The store address for collection is:

Store hours may vary according to season and you will be notified of the current hours via your collection notification.
We try our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The exception is weekends and your orders will be sent the following Monday unless it is a Public Holiday.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will happily issue a store credit within 7 days of date of purchase in store or 7 days from receiving your item(s) via Australia Post.

All returned items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed with all the original tags still attached. Items can be returned in store or returned via post or courier at the purchasers expense.
Please note SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

In the event that you have received an item from us that has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the item you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will advise of next steps. Please do not discard the original tags and packaging.
It is the consumers responsibility to check each item prior to wearing, washing and removing tags for any faults. Garments that have been worn or washed and then later returned will not be issued a refund.
